I fucking hate charlie horses. It's a little different than deadleg (which is given to you by someone) but still hurts.

Charlie horses are the same thing as a cramp only I punch somebody under the shoulder blade and call it a charlie horse.

I always get them in my legs and feet. If you stretch or flex certain muscles the wrong way it hurts like a bithch when they cramp.
