That's retexturing and you know how to do it

and regarding your PM, asking me about how to rig a cloth
First you must understand how to rig a model, you can check my tutorial about it
Rigging a cloth model and a character model basicly is the same thing
For example, if you want jimmy to wear an assassin creed outfit,
-Search the assassin creed 3d charater model
-Select & delete all his body parts like head, hand, etc, and leave only his outfit
-Rig that outfit to jimmy model
-Delete jimmy oufit and leave only his body part like his head, hand
-Attach jimmy body part's vertices with the outfit's vertices, to create a better result

I believe, the moderator will never delete a thread especially a thread that consist of a few pages cause it will effect other members post count
And like the guy said, this thread and its video looks pretty dead now (only 2 active video), and the lemon guy has already long gone
and I noticed, this thread actually has a sticky on it, maybe the moderator can unsticky this thread or maybe move it to the archives

Maybe you can use Jack Sparrow (Pirates of the Caribbean) or Edward Kenway (Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag) as a reference
Usually pirates have some kind of darker outfit, like darker brown or black

But it only  happened for Russel, he will speak and the subtitle will printed out
I guess it just the glicth from Russel boss fight
and btw, never seen it for the other peds, though

I got some internet connection problem, this post should be on my previous edited post, but it looks like you have posting again, so I'm making a new post here

It's basicly the same like the moustache thing, you need to fit all the cloth with jimmy cloth
-You must google a cloth image that has a front view and a back view
-Crop the cloth image (just like the moustache)
-You can use the Magic Wand Tool or the Magnetic Lasso Tool to crop the cloth image

So I guess, I will try to answer it right here
BTW, I'm not the best texture modder in the board

You can search basic photoshop tutorial on youtube, there is tons of tutorial there
(it's really impossible for me to teach you all the technique, it would be better if you learned it yourself through youtube)

Regarding your moustache, the easiest way is
-Find a "Transparent/No background moustache" image on google image
-Open the image
-Use the Magic Wand Tool, select the moustache (if you can't select all the moustache image, u can use this method, select the white background first, after that press (ctrl+shift+I key) to inverse select)
-Use the move tool (V key), and drag the selected moustache to your target image (for eg. jimmy hopkins texture)
-Resize your moustache image (ctrl+T key)
-Fit the moustache to the target image
-Done
The same should goes with the other stuff

but I'm just wondering, is this legit or not?
can you show us some little prove that you are legit? (I mean like your previous film works or maybe something else)
Cause I've seen in the board, that there's people claiming stuff but in the end, it's just a bullcrap
(ps. sorry for being skeptical)

But if this is legit, then good luck with the project
and btw, the board is not that crowded with the bully fans, but I guess, you should give it a try, who knows someone might interested with the project
or maybe you can ask to a dude named Swegta in the board, cause he's a bully youtuber and he has some kind of bully fanbase of his own, maybe he can help you
