You don't need to change him to generic as long as you have "Boxing" in Derby's ide.

I'm telling you man,if i change in pedstat to striker he don't fight or block.I already had ''boxing'' in ide.img.BUt when i change into Generic,he back block and attack.

Not in my case. Even with Striker he fights fine. I think it's just that you're missing something.

You can change it through lua, but NOT through the .dat file.
