Just as i promised before here is the tutorial to rig a ped in bully

can it be rigged by doing the steps but using blender instead of 3ds max?

I couldn't contact you so I gave you some credits cuz I used you weapons pack and car and the rest of the mod I did myself but the mod is pretty good with bully ce so I didn't take credit for your work and I respect that that's why your in the credits
