News & Updates / Re: Bully-Board restored
« on: July 18, 2011, 04:47:19 PM »
Who would want to hack B-B?

Ah well. We'll just have to rebuild.

Seriously. I mean not that this is bad forum, but it's not like hacking this place would get much attention, compared to say Gamefaqs or Google.
.. On a side-note, if Google ever got hacked.. geez.. There would be so much data that could be stolen.
Especially since they've branched to Phones, Social Networking, etc.

.. Anyway. Good to see the phone got restored to working order quite quickly.
I'd restore a thread I made, but it was kinda lame and I don't mind it not returning.

Their account imformation is probably lost....If they see this, maybe they will sign up again.
Couldn't using the old forum data, one could go through the members table and export all ones not included in the current database, Then import into the present database.
I imagine it wouldn't be overly difficult, Main thing would be getting access to the actual database.
And of course, knowledge of how to actually work the database.

If you guys want to port the lost posts/members back in, Maybe I could help? I've built a few forums from scratch and once made a program to convert between forum formats.

I'm afraid that they won't be able to re-create the "simple brilliance" of the first. Most companies can't. But knowing Rockstar... who knows.

This is Rock 'effing Star.
The GTA games just keep getting better and better, And you seriously think they couldn't top the first game?

Shame on you. Shame. Shaaaaaame.

Alpha / Beta Bully / Re: Bully SE : Unused Beta Mission

Frakking demon bananas.

This is awesome.
And that's all unused dialogue too.

You, Godsdamn, If you were on my forum, I would so give you the "You are awesome.".
Instead, Take my zombie corpse babies. I grew them just in case someone did something awesome in Bully.

Guys(and girls), At least wait for E3 before losing hope.
Cause wouldn't it be revealed there?

The "Gym mixed with Silent Hill" with the metal scraping in the background that you described is simply the lockpicking sound.

Really? Huh, I didn't know there was a tune for that.
I used to lockpick alot, For I don't recall it.
I thought it just played whatever music was playing at the time.

Still a kinda creepy tune though.

If you don't mind the shirt having long sleeves, I can try that !

You could make flesh colored sleeves.
Although they'd probably look really creepy.

It's quite possible some of them were cut.
I for one would like to know where the "Luau" one would've fit, Because it could've been an interesting mission for summer.

Well if you look at the first post someone ripped them off of the disc somehow. I don't know how they did that. I want to get these though.
Not that you asked..
Since it was from the PS2 version, One should be able to insert the disc into there computer and grab whatever files they want.
Depending on the file format, All that should be needed is to convert them.

Listening some more.

.. 089 sounds like the Gym Class tune crossed with Silent Hill.
Complete with some metal scraping sounds in the background.

I've gotta wonder where these played, As I don't recall these Variations.
Maybe Halloween was going to last longer and you could attend Classes with creepy tunes?

edit: 095 is unfamiliar.
But it's a pretty good tune.

edit: Whoa, 100 is a very strange tune.
Definitely unfamiliar, It's kinda like, um, a luau?
Out of context, I imagine a Summer Mission with all the girls wearing bikinis(Yes, All. Fan Disservice will be present.) and they dance with Jimmy and the others.
And Jiggle Physics. And in the case of one of the girls, Jiggle Physics where you don't want them.

edit: 112 is weird.

"Final Showdown (variation Scheme)" is interesting, It kinda sounds live.

edit: "Vendetta Preps (variation)" is.. strange.
It's sorta muffled sounding

edit: 139 is unfamiliar.
140 is missing.

Sounds like you went through the whole thing.

Hah, Not all of it. I didn't have enough time.
I only got as far as 084ish.

But Bully has a fantastic soundtrack(hence my Soundtrack Playthrough), So there shouldn't be anything wrong if I had listened to it all. *cough*

My gods.
Where is the download link? I must get this.

Although, Since you say "Ripped from the Playstation 2 version", I guess that means it doesn't have some of the new tunes in that.

Anyone know which of these is the "Clique-less Fight Theme"?
It's really difficult to make it play in game, Which is disappointing as I remember liking it. Maybe.

edit: I wonder if there are any unused songs in here..

edit 2: I'm hearing multiple variations of some of the songs, Where did these play?
Example: 019,020,021 is from Chapter 3 when you are chasing Johnny Vincent/Outrunning the Cops.
I always hear 021, So where did 019 and 020 come from?

edit 3: Ooo, 023 is kinda pretty. I don't remember it from anywhere, But it reminds me of the intro crossed with a horror movie.

edit 4: 078,079,080,083 is unfamiliar. It sounds like it could play during the ending, But there is only one ending song and this isn't it.

084 is unfamiliar, It sounds like a creepy version of the Shop Class tune.

Weremuffin, go work for Rockstar and incorporate that into some game.

Fun idea, But I think It'd be simpler to just make a mod for one of the games.

Maybe it could have a Headcrab Launcher.
Instant Zombies, Just add Headcrab.

Good luck getting it to the shelves. You'd be priority target for the JT crew.
Didn't he die awhile back?

I've seen all the movies.
Honestly, I liked the second one best.

Speaking of banned games, What if Bully 2 ends up being a crossover with Manhunt, Grand Theft Auto and Postal?

Jimmy could go around using Cats as Silencers while driving a Monster Truck around.

I know who Konami is, I was just surprised to see they did it.
From the Wiki article for the game, It will apparently be a "Spiritual Successor" to Silent Hill.

.. They should make a Lifeline sequel.
.. And I should actually finish it sometime soon.

Is Saw really typed in all caps? Not that kind of cap. Or that kind.

I looked it up, It's on the 360, PS3 and Windows.
Hm. Licensed games are rarely good, So I'll add it to my rental queue.

edit: Konami?!

They made a game?
I'm going to have to look into this. Even though the latest movies have been a little too gorey to be good.

Anyway, It's from a (fantastic)TV Series called Doctor Who.

The statue you see is a Weeping Angel.
They only move when you're not looking.
And they're everywhere.

They don't kill you, They send you back in time and live off your remaining life while you're trapped in the far past.
Or they snap your neck and use your voice to lure other people to them.
