Apartments are expensive nowadays. I used to have a rent in my basement for about $200 a month. I thought it was a good deal.

I ran into this guy from Califorina last week....He had come out here to go to school, because it was cheaper for him to live out here & go to school than live out there & go to school.....

That's just Insane...You gotta wonder how 40 million people DO live out there.....

Yeah, but California is broke now, haven't you heard? Anyways, I took French in school for like 4 years and I didn't find it all that difficult. Of course I forgot half of it by now.

I hated learning Spanish. I just didn't like speaking with that accent. You sound like a fruit rolling Rs and stuff.

That happens over here too....They will take a small to mid-sized town and just 'take over' a certian section....Larger cities (50,000+) they will assimilate all over....

Fitchburg is an example of a city that has been almost taken over. It used to be mostly French-Canadian decades ago, but now Puerto Ricans rule the streets. That city is a real shit hole. They are having problems with tagging (EVERYWHERE) and gang violence. Every week there is another article in the paper of a murder or shooting.
