Bully 1 Discussion / Re: [GAME] What you can do in Bully?

-To not get caught in the Girls Dormitory
-To try and do kickups but always fail after 5 of them.

Did I do that right?

The first is ok.
It's more like say an action, like: 'to swim, to grab..' than to post events. But you can say 'go to the beach' 'to have a clubhouse'

- To get a hitchhiking (Is this expression correct? rsrs
- Do the 'cow dance'

I understand now

-Start random fights
-Play crappy Arcade games.

I'm not really used to Modding, however you may of spotted them before, I went to the config folder in the Bully folder, I clicked on the 'dat' folder, looked around abit, and I found something to do with the Exit Markers and the Blip locations, does that count? Because I just wanted to know wherever it could be useful or not. The files are called 'Bliplocs.dat' and 'ExitLocs.dat', I looked at both of them with Notepad++ but on BlipLocs, all I could see were the locations like the Warehouse, Observatory, well almost every interior, but to the right, there were just a bunch of Zeros? I don't know why, but it seems interesting.

One more point, also in the files, I found out that hidden somewhere is the Testroom developers used before the making I think.  Also with the ExitLocs file, it had the co-ordinates of the interiors and how to exit them and stuff, sorry I'm just a noob at trying to find out stuff!

Maybe someone could check it out? Thanks.

It is definitely interesting, I wonder if it has actually anything do with Hidden Interiors?

I definitely agree that it would be awesome to see how Gary caused grief for Jimmy, it would make the game more interesting in my opinion. It could be like a twist..should I say, Gary went through a tough life because no-body liked him, he would often get beat up and abused by his parents?

What I'm saying Gary wanted to come out of his shell and try to be the big guy and get noticed by the other cliques and student's. So he done the same thing his Bullies done to him, that was just a made-up example what Gary's life was like when he was younger.

Modding Questions/Help Archives / Re: Is there any way to get No-clip
« on: February 19, 2012, 12:45:20 PM »
There was a trainer for pc that allowed it but it has since been literally lost somewhere on the vast space called the internet.

Once I get the lua scripts decompiled....we should have plenty of things like no clipping and such for everyone's pleasure.

That's great Madman, thanks a load!

Rockstar can do stealth action gameplay really well, like in the Manhunt series. But in other games where they try to incorporate the same thing it usually falls flat completely.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I guess why the stealth is so crap in Bully/GTA is because they don't have the same style as Manhunt.... however Rockstar gets too over-excited or something, so they try to bring stealth from Manhunt into Bully/GTA which goes terribly wrong because it dosn't have the same structure as Manhunt? Am I wrong??

Yeah, I'd like to add a thing I really disliked, like Corpse said about stealth.

Rockstar and Stealth Missions are a pile of shit.... like the Finding Johnny Vincent mission.. I spent like 2 hours on that, because you get some Orderly saying 'Your not supposed to be in here..' bla bla....

Yeah, yeah, there might of been an official thread on this, but since I can't be asked to look, I'll just start one.... and don't bother moaning at me... so here...

1. Gary was the easiest boss in the entire game.

Carry on....

So basically it's a Bitchin' Thread about Bully.....

Modding Questions/Help Archives / Re: Running Bully SE in windowed mode.
« on: February 10, 2012, 05:02:14 PM »
I will poke around the exe assembly sources and see if I can spot anything that looks like command switches to enable windowed mode.

There is the possability tho that bully may not have that since not every game has that ability.

Good luck on finding any sources of Windowed Mode, Mad, I think it'll benefit the community as much as we need Windowed Mode.
