Yes, it's on tons of movies. As far as I know, it didn't originate on a movie though, it's just a joke. For example if someone says "That hurt!" you can say "That's what she said!" - - - - Do you get the joke?

That line gets a lot of play on the American version of "The Office", and is said quite a lot by the Michael Scott character....
