ALL CREDITS GO TO will891410 on YouTube. HE MADE IT, I AM JUST SHOWING YOU GUYS THE MOD.

Instructions

USE TEXMOD:
1= OPEN TEXMOD, GO ON THE FOLDER SYMBOL..
2= OPEN THE GAME BULLY.EXE
3= GO PACKAGE AND OPEN THE TPF FILES.
4= CLICK RUN!
DONT LOAD ALL THE TEXTURES AT THE SAME TIME...
EX:
OPEN 50 FILES. LATER MORE 50 AN MORE 50...

The only bad thing about this is that texmod doesnt modify anything in a permanent fashion, but rather it just loads the textures into memory...etc.

The megamod I am working on will have permament high res textures and the entire game will be retextured. I already have a nice start on quite a few and might show some screenshots soon on them. Trying to whip out the map editor as a xmas gift to everyone.....I will forgo private testing on that and just do public testing since it is somthing ppl have wanted to see for a while.
