Shoot it at the dorm room ceiling, it will stick.
So obviously it's hard enough to hurt someone but soft enough to splat upon impact...

They're not. It's small, brown, and hard (considering the amount of damage you can do).

Last time I checked, rocks don't stick to things when I throw them at an object.

Probaly a hard peice of cardboard or may be it is a small square rock.

Rocks don't stick to walls and ceilings. Well, at least the last time i checked they didn't.....
