Title: shop class ftw?
Post by: phex on October 18, 2006, 02:00:13 AM: maybe its because i was never actually good in shop class, for real, but this is probably the most frustrating thing in a game i have ever come across. more frustrating than teenage mutant ninja turtles for the NES.

i'm at shop class #2, and i always, always mess up on the counterclockwise rotation. what is the deal? has anyone figured out how to actually get this to work? i understand that the stick must be all the way to the side of the axis in order for it to work, but that doesn't mean i can do it properly. i've tried probably 20 times now.

Post by: iamabullyirl on October 23, 2006, 09:48:01 PM: you need to be rotating the stick the way its going.. so either clockwise or counterclockwise.. i finished the classes.. i mean shop 4 took me a few times but other then that once u learn how to rotate it the way they like it its not that bad

Yes, pushing the stick to the edge is the key.

I think English is the hardest class, the other classes are fairly easy :D

I'm following your guys advice but i just don't get it. I rotate the analogue stick no problem then when it comes up with the :x: should i stop rotating and hold :x: ? or just hold :x: as well as rotating or just press fucking :x: on its own!

it's driving me crazy! :p

That should work :D

With the turning, are you supposed to do it once? or non stop until it changes? Also, is there a specific direction you need to start on?

(I noticed in lock picking, if you do it really slowly, and STOP rotating as soon as the arrow changes, it picks the lock much faster... previously i had been just rotating as fast as I could, which was usually met with strange looks by those in the room I was playing in)

I've done Chemistry, Art, Shop, and Photography the Photography class I like best is the one when u gotta take pictures of the sights of Bullworth.
