This mod let you switch to all the main characters!. Gary , Pete and Jimmy. You will switch right into their lifes and play as them.

Controls:

Hold Down Arrow for Switch selection

Left Arrow = Gary Smith

Right Arrow = Jimmy Hopkins

Up Arrow = Pete Kowalski

DOWN ARROW + Character Arrow

Known bugs:

* First time you switch to Gary he be under the map.

* Sometimes Pete Spawn near Jimmy.

*Switching inside an interior when a other character is not at the same interior will make the character die.

THE MOD IS MADE FOR FREEROAM, AND MAY BE BUGGY WHILE ON MISSION.

Post by: DaBOSS54320 on October 09, 2013, 07:43:33 PM: Nice idea, but make sure that it dosen't make them do something random every time you switch. If yo haven't played as them in a while, then have them doing something. If you recently played as them, switch to them where they were where you left off. Also have them maybe walked/drove/rode a lil distance based on time passed. Also, if the character is in sight make sure you can switch to them without their location being moved. And if you do not plan on letting you find other characters around as who you play as, make sure they don't spawn where the player is near.
If you do make them findable when not playing as them (Which is best) then just make them spawn at the hospital if you switch to them.

Just some suggestions so the mod can be it's best, good luck.

Great Mod,
But I think this mod lack something from GTA V, the 3 character can't work together in one scene, just like GTA V when michael, trever & franklin work together to do a bank heist mission and u can switch with them in that scene

and actually back then there is someone that requeting this mod already, but no one making it

It's not like the player selector xD, in this mod , you can switch between characters , like gta v do , not like player selector , for example , you are playing as gary , then , you switch to jimmy , but he is in another place xD.

Since you all have to realize...like me....he has been modding almost nonstop since the day he first joined the community (the same time we teamed up) and modding nonstop that long will burn almost anyone out...even me.

I talk to Rise on a daily/nightly basis anyways and know more about this then anyone...other then Rise himself and likely xNarumi who we both talk to a lot as well on xfire....

Rise also kinda started to get a little burnt out due in part to my being forced into retirement (temporary) and without me there to help finish the psmm....all the work has more or less gone to his shoulders and that is a hard thing for anyone to suddenly take on like that....

I hope to know more in the next couple weeks whether or not I can make some sort of a comeback to modding again and get the psmm and other mods finally done and released since the last thing I want now is for those mods to start being considered "vaporware" due to how many times they have been announced and then pushed back ...not something I really want to see happen but then....when life throws it's little hurdles your way.....it can make things a bit hard to predict.

You should propably make a table which will contain a bunch of functions.
Each time a switch is done, one of the table's slots will be picked and the function in that slot will be turned on.
Each of those function will contain a series of code, when you switch for example you see Gary harrasing a kid, or When switching again you see Jimmy walked a bit further (Suggestion : Create a clone Jimmy when the game starts and make it playable for the player + put the player's style, dont forget to set the camera to follow him as well make the sound to be heard near the CAMERA and NOT near the player like its set by default).

Thats my idea, I think it can improve the mod a lot.
