Bullworth Experiences / The floating smoke

Yeah it's a glitch, alright. I just wondered if there was any clue as to what it was supposed to be for ?

But apparently you're just as clueless as I am =P

Oh, sorry.

At the orange dot. It's near the tree, quite a bit above it. You'd have to use the camera or the shoulder view to see it.

I saw it in Scholarship Edition for PC, and figured it was something RSNE screwed up, but then I went there on the PS2 version, and it's there as well.

Hey guys. Did anyone bring up the floating puft of smoke near Blue Skies ?
I wonder what it was meant to be used for. I mean, if RSV put it there temporarily and then forgot about it,
or if some kind of structure was present at the location in the beta.

What do you know ?

Bully 1 Questions / PC Port - lagging
« on: January 17, 2010, 06:25:47 PM »
I got it working now, at least playable ;)

I don't know what I did, but it might've been an audio driver issue. I play with my onboard soundcard now.
I'm actually surprised how much Scholarship differs from the original. I'm only at the beginning of chapter 3, though. I want Zoe to be introduced earlier :/

Okay, thanks everyone for your replies. I'll see what I can do from your advices. And, Tbone, I've already played Bully for PS2. I just wanted to play Scholarship Edition as well =P

Bully 1 Questions / PC Port - lagging
« on: January 16, 2010, 04:23:03 PM »
Hey y'all

So, today I bought Bully Scholarship Edition for PC. My PC is rather new (I play most games on highest graphics settings without problems),
but Bully however, lags ridiculously much even on 1024x768 and all other options turned off.
It feels like some kind of compatibility issue, and I was wondering; has anyone else experienced the same ?

My techspecs:
XP Pro 32bit (sp3)
2,13GHz (dual)
3GB RAM
Geforce 7900GS
Sound Blaster Live 24-bit

Yeah, but it's a fun game. I guess replaying it won't be much of a pain :P

Okay, an update here. For your information; Bully saves won't work in CCE (and vice versa, I assume). Looks like I'll have to replay 58% of the game ^^
Yay !

Welcome to you, by the way...We have a small group of regulars left here who are still posting...Jump on in. Can always use more.

Thanks ^^

Well, the thing is, the CD broke in some way, I don't know which, but the PS2 occasionally (in fact too often) stops reading from the disc. All my other games work perfectly (might be some problem with the modchip or something).
I'd have to pay like $20 for CCE, plus, if the saves don't work, I'll have to replay more than half of the game >.<

So I guess there's no European in here, who has tried ?

Hey guys ! I'd like to start by, belatedly, wishing you all a happy new year !

I'm from Sweden, and it's true, the European version of the PS2 game is called Canis Canem Edit. There's no difference in gameplay. However, I've played 57% of the American PS2 version (Bully), and now the CD broke. Do you think it's possible to load Bully savegames in Canis Canem Edit ? (since Bully is not buyable in Sweden)
