These are not regular button cheats that can normally be accessed. Cheat sites should not post this list unless they include the required enabler code. You cannot access these without a cheat disk (CodeBreaker, GameShark, AR2, ARMax, etc) to run the enabler.

Here's the enabler code:

money keeps going up until you press a button

Have All Weapons
both cameras, eggs, stink bombs, both slingshots, spudgun, bottle rockets gun,
newspapers, fire crackers, rubber band ball, spray paint, marbles, itching powder

if there would be a button combination for the "cheat mode on/off" it would be a normal button cheat (if it works, i don't know), but atm you'll need a cheat device to activate the "cheat mode" and then you can enter the button codes like any other button code / cheat

but as i said (or wrote) before, i don't know if these two button cheats work, so someone who has ar max could test these two then and tell if they work or not
