Bug when i replace seth

i don't know why but when i replace Seth with some other model in game  is something like monster

never mind i fix it
but its problem when you replace some model with fat model than you see only a half model :)
i finally import my own model in game   ;D

first make basic 3d model, if you dont know how i can give you a youtube tutorial
than when you make basic model you add some extra effects that it makes model very detail

maybe i know how to make skin changer
but i dont know if it will work
can somebody try?
1.export model .nif and .nft example:seth and rename it to BoxingOutfit.nif and BoxingOutfit.nft
2.replace it with imgtool
3.export more models and rename it to some outfit
will it work???
when you change your outfit to boxing will it be a seth or it will be BoxingOutfit??
