Some people make Darby have his boss style. But there is no boss style in the hex editor. How?

You mean in the ide right? The boss/special fighting styles that can be seen only in missions are in scripts.

They can be found in Scripts, or Act.img

You have to code them in yourself. Most are actually quite easy to do, it's just Derby's boss style that requires the most modding (it mainly requires editing trigger, and a bit of scripts).
