I am gonna be posting some of the car mods I am currently using and please let me know what you    think

There're alright.

Try mixing them with ENB and the GTA IV SA Graphics mod and BAM!

OK, This is the best GTA SA HQ Roads mod.

MAKE A BACKUP OF GTA3.IMG FIRST! THIS IS A BIG MOD! (Go to Your GTA SA folder, models, right click gta3.img and click copy, then paste it anywhere)

Download the V1.5B along with the bug fixes.
Extract the folder anywhere, preferably to the desktop. Extract the bug fixes to the same folder.

Now you need SAMI (San Andreas Mod Installer) which you can download from http://grandtheftauto.filefront.com/file/San_Andreas_Mod_Installer_SAMI;55091 (http://grandtheftauto.filefront.com/file/San_Andreas_Mod_Installer_SAMI;55091)

You do need NET Framework for this.


Anyway, once SAMI has installed, go to the FILES folder from the archive you downloaded, search for GTA IV ROADS.sami, if your having trouble searching for it, search "GTA IV" in the search bar at the top of the folder. (If your on Windows 7)
Anyway, select where your GTA SA folder is located,and then sit back and wait for a few minutes.

Start GTA SA up again and if the mod installed correctly, you'll have HQ roads.


BUGS:
If you don't add the bug fixes, you'll come across these bugs:
Missionary Hill, near San Fierro, will have a white road. No texture.
Glen Park will have really LQ houses and dirt paths. Lower quality than Super Mario 64.
Nothing gamebreaking though.

Also you may notice an small increase in lag after installing this mod. Nothing to worry about if you've got a good gaming PC.

I wanted to convert new maps into GTA SA..
For say maps from Saints row 1 to GTA SA XD
