Red now that you mention it, i have seen the files for some of those things you mention in world.img
First off, there is definitely  a bunch of panties file. Lol ill have to try and spawn that.
Also ive seen many baseball related files, but i've always thought they were from the funhouse for some reason. Here are the files
BBatter.nif/nft/col
BCatcher.nif/nft/col
BUmpire.nif/nft/col
And some other things, with B in front of it. I'll do my best to get them in game.

Other beta stuff that was that the boys dorm was going to have a second floor, there's a screen shot and it's listed in Trigger.img but no coords to complete it. Also, as many people know, several beta characters, some of them are not in ide.img like a doberman dog.nif, Grappler.nif(no model or texture), beta Gord, striker.nif (No model), TO_Gas_SA.nif(No texture, only model).

Yea, it's him in the beta Aquaberry shirt and shorts but he's not listed in ide.img

The panties reward was a pair of panties that Jimmy would wear over his head.
I found it in some files about a month ago.
There are no animations for this, so Jimmy holds out his arms and doesn't make a walking animation.
