Today i heard an annoucement and it said whoever is responsible for vandalising city hall own up something like that. When I hadn't even done making a mark yet!

Hi I noticed I had lost my skateboard and my camera and everything after I completed chapter 4. I don't know if it had anything to do with me playing with Townie fighting style but I can't get them back and i need camera for making a mark can anyone know how to get them back?
