Adding pll to boys dorm?

So I do have a lot of mods and I have edited with HxD but I don't know how to add more people in the boys dorm, I know u can do it with Notepad so I don't want to do it with HxD,

How do I do it?

I know Pedop is the place u hv 2 edit it  but I don't know how to work it, I want the jocks townies greasers n preps to spwn in there, I just dont know how though

Well, the way it is, it's very easy to understand...and I don't think I can do a better job of explaining it, so what I'm gonna ask from you is this:

Tell me how much of each faction you want to spawn in the boy's dorm at any given time, and I'll copy paste the code for you to copy.

I want 6 Greasers, 7 Preps, 5 Jocks, 6 Townies, and 4 nerds, and 4 Bullies
Sorry for asking, I know I probaly sound like a leech right now lol
 
Sorry@! I just realiezed I went overboard on the numbers since some cliques dont even have that much members!

So il modify that lol

Leeching is when you keep asking for everything without wanting to work and figure it out yourself. So I'm gonna give you this as an example, and you're gonna have to work it out from here.

Anyways, 31 students at the same time is too much...it's only going to take a toll on your PC, so I'm gonna cut it down to 24 students, evenly divided between all the cliques you wanted:

Boys_Dorm
24,    0, 4, 4, 4, 4, 4, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 4,
24,    0, 4, 4, 4, 4, 4, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 4,
24,    0, 4, 4, 4, 4, 4, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 4,
