You can take AP classes starting your first year of high school. I don't remember how French schooling goes, though.

You're in the US, though, aren't you? Because that's what I did. I didn't know about it until my sophmore year, so I started doing that. I had like 12 credits before I even graduated high school.

I think my HS only offered it for Seniors, possibly Juniors.

Hm. I got lucky, I guess. We were allowed to take one class a semester. I took five in total (one was non-credit, but looks good on transcripts).

In my country we need those credits (we call it points) to go to HS.
