Bully hardcore mode V3.0 (Mega Update!)

This mod edit most characters stats and makes them really hard to beat. Works in both free roam and mission modes.
The mode includes :
- All clique's modified
- Boxers modified to
- Boss fights also modified
- Adults
- Play hardcore missions
- Run from hardcore autority!
-And Much much more!

Nice, but it caused my game to crash after 10 minutes of gameplay.

I played this for hours and my game never crashed.

Just derping around as usual.
My game worked perfectly until I used this (though I was using a lot of programs at that time. Might have been overuse of memory?)

I suggest u test the mod again with only 1 or 2 programms running.

This mod, is great. but when 2 npc is fighting it takes forever......  thats a bad thing

Thats is due to the health regeneration, I can take it off and give it to ya by xfire if u want
