Why exactly would you want the PS2 textures though?

For me, Bully was a very memorable game when I played in for the PS2. I recently got it for the PC I was surprised that it didnt look like the original PS2 version. It really didnt feel the same playing through it with all the new high res stuff.

Also, I got the PS2 world.img file and replaced it with the original and the game crashes after the menu.

I dont really know much about bully modding, the only thing I ever modded on it was hex editing of the IDE.img.

When I did that, I made it so Gary would spawn because I wanted to make him fight Russel. I managed to do this, but now I want to see him get the everything beaten out of him by the whole school.

Im asking how can I make everyone abhor him as in attack him on sight?

Everytime I see them I open up a can of whoop ass.

Well if you followed the tutorial correctly it should work...

only problem I could think of is you forgot to rebuild your archive maybe?
I suggest you use MadmaN's IMG tool rather then that IMG Tool 2.0 showed in the tutorial, works a lot better + you don't need to rebuild.

Tried MadmaN's IMG tool and it wouldnt open world.img. It stopped responding, and when I rebuilt the archive I had the same problem. (The default textures still showed.)

Wait... this should be in the "Texture Editing" subforum shouldnt it?

I watched a tutorial on how to install a texture mod and followed everything correctly, however when I go ingame to see the new textures, they don't show up. (They use the default texture.)

The only thing I saw really that much different was the power move from the 3rd hit. It looks badass as hell. I also saw the fourth hit from the five hit combo is different. So they still are in the game? Its only a matter of figuring out what there called now.

Found that while surfing the web about Bully. Anyways, I heard that its possible to change the fighting style of Jimmy by hex editing. Im wondering if those beta animations are still in the game so I could use them. Because they look awesome.
