cant remove super mod

a while back i got a friend to throw the super mod onto my game (rockstar launcher version) and now i cant remove it. i have tried deleting the games entire folder and reinstalling bully but nothing seems to work. Im inexperienced when it comes to modding so the fix could be painfully obvious to most of you. any suggestions?
