Modding Questions/Help / Is it possible to mod audio files (rsm files)

Hi, first of all great community, I'm new to it but so far it seems nice.
I'm trying to replace some of the audio files inside the bin archives in
My problem is I don't know how to recreate a rsm file with my modified audio...
anyone have any experience in this field? is it even possible?

audio\PLAYLIST folder. I don't have any problem in extracting and importing rsm files to the archive itself or exporting audio from rsm files (I know rsm contain two other file one xsb and the other xwb and I can convert xwb to wav with some tools).My problem is I don't know how to recreate a rsm file with my modified audio...
anyone have any experience in this field? is it even possible?
