Title: Any ways to keep all mods without replacing the scripts.DIR?

I am new to bully modding but know a few things. The only thing i cannot figure out is how to place srips.dir from other mods but keep its contents just like you can add and replace a few select files with .img files with IMG Tool 2.0 :(
