Title: Do you think the ending of "BULLY" is GREAT?

Hello Guys! :D Just Askin' if the ending of BULLY is great.
If it's succesful or not. This is my first POLL here in BULLY-BOARD.com.
and I'm newbie.

Well, I thought that the final mission with Gary was sort of half-assed. However, I like endless summer. I like being able to go back and play in free roam.

I'm with Mike.  It was Half-Assed.  I expected better for a 'Final Boss' fight.

But, Endless Summer is the coolest feature of the game, I think.

They could have made it way better than they did. It's still alright. I wanted to KO Gary, not the fall through a glass roof to do it for me.

Ah, the bosses weren't supposed to be the highlight of the game. The "causing mischief" theme was great. So yes, Bully is great.

Gary was weak. But I liked the ending cutscene. How everything is all good. Just let me skip the damn credits damn it.

The ending does suck. I mean you beat GARY then other MAJOR characters appear!
That's JUST HALF-ASSED just like MIKE said. Well, the only one to blame is the writer!  :laugh:
But thanks to them they gave us BULLY!

HOPING a Sequel or Prequel will come.
But I kinda guess it won't have a part 2 because the game didn't sell well.

^ VGChartz and some sources say otherwise regarding sales.

The last boss fight was indeed half-assed, and the final cutscene didn't feel too rewarding, honestly.

Since we agree the ending was half-assed, why is the poll showing it as a 'Great' ending by a 4-1 margin ?

As for the ending credits before you can save.....Used to that from Resident Evil.

I don't think I've come across anyone that thought tha final Boss Battle with Gary in Bully was 'Great', or even 'Good', with the possible exception of anyone who termed it 'Easy', which is was.

About the hardest Final Boss Battle I ever did was in "Clocktower 3"......

No, never did.  Was never really into Ninja stuff, so just the title probably would have made me pass it over....If I had ever heard of it, that is.

The ones on the NES, particularly III and all final boss fights, gave me severe headaches.

The game is so cheap and unforgiving. The birds in the first Ninja Gaiden, the enemies that suddenly pop up in the middle of a jump...ugh...

Yea the NES was like that with a lot of games. And people complain sometimes how bad games are now days. I laugh when I hear that.

I liked the challenges of old games, as infuriating as they are.

Not to sound like an elitist, but most games these days are noob-friendly.

I never bothered to beat the GTA games either. 

But Bully was different, somehow.  Similar to Manhunt, I WANTED to beat it.

And, Endless Summer is the BOMB.
