Iv been away for like, 2 months or something. I boarded an Air Bus and flew to Projectmanhunt (Where i am one hell of a popular member) and stayed there. But now im back!

Well guys, this Sunday (20th April) I'll be leaving the US for just over five weeks.

There is no snow in the forecast for the next 2 weeks! In fact, it's supposed to be 71 degrees on Sunday!!!!
All the flooding here is causing major problems though, I'll post some pics later. I took a drive yesterday and there were all sorts of things under water including cars and railroad tracks!

The flooding that was shown on Main street was not normal, that was the result of a large sink hole opening up at that intersection. However, in the next town over (Lancaster) there is a large feild next to the Nashua River which floods badly every year. It ends up looking more like a large lake with a few trees sticking out of it.

I got a field like that, on a smaller scale, right across from my place....If they were just to dig out the center of it, and spread the dirt around, then there could be a regular little lake there full time.....Nutso thing is, they continue to plant it every year with corn / soybeans, even though they know it floods at least twice a summer....
Doesn't affect me, I'm on higher ground here, but my neighbor to the West gets flooded about up to 2 feet in every one of those, and that's up around his house and yard...All this is runoff from fields to the East that are higher up.....
It's kinda neat to have the little lake sometimes, gives me something to look at other than this dark side of the moon boonerville where I live at....

Most of the areas flooded in Lancaster are used for planting. Last week there was a truck left in the field with water up to its windshield. The pics from Clinton were just real good examples of urban flooding.

I’ve always wondered about the mentality of people who leave stuff (like vehicles) where it can get flooded like that, or even those who have houses in a flood plain and then cry and moan when they (and their stuff) get flooded out…..Happens a lot around here, along the rivers.
It’s like, Dumbass, what do you expect to happen ? Then they always re-build, just to go through the next flood….and again….and again…

There's a little saying in Clinton "buy high" which refers to buying a house in the more elevated parts of the city. Downtown is up on a hill, where the pictures shown were just to the west of downtown in a little valley. There's also a huge dam in Clinton that holds back most of Boston's drinking water. Imagine if the burst, then people would have something to bitch about.

Is it like, an earthern dam, or concrite ? The bigger city north of me has an old combo earth dam lined with concrite, along with 3 huge water towers.....

I'll see if I can find a pic of that, it's a huge "stone damn built in 1907. It looks like it was made out of stone blocks the size of the ones used in the Great Pyramid. At the time it was built it was the largest dam in the world.

I once scanned my computer (I think I used Kaspersky or avast!) and found 11. So 3 isn't a big problem actually. I'm just 13, but I think you end them when you delete them.

I had a virus on my computer once. It was almost 2 years ago, so I can't remember what I did to get rid off it. The one a had was different though, it was worse than other viruses and was a pain in the ass to get rid of.

It doesn't completely stop. Mine were in there for about a month and once the damage is done then deleting it will just stop it from getting worse. But it's already bad and I think the only thing I can do is just deal with it.

Yeah, but Fargo is like the only city for miles out there. Places like Bismark and Minot are fuckin' light years away from each other. Besides, they aren't really big cities either.

Ya not very big. But sometimes it's kind of nice to settle down. If you do a lot of traveling then you find some pretty cool stuff.(Other than wheat fields) Like if you ever go to Medora,(I doubt any of you have heard of it) it's really kind of cool. Theres a bunch of elk, deer, and sometimes bison, and a ton of rolling hills. Fun fact, Teddy Roosevelt had lived in Medora for part of his life. BTW I do a lot of traveling between Bismarck and Minot and it's only an hour and a half drive. But it's all open road and if you really step on it you can get there in an hour and 15 minutes. It's like 110 miles apart.

Hahaha, my dad knows all about making a quick drive out on the plains. He took a trip out to Seattle once and he got pulled over by a statey in Wisconsin. He claims that when you're driving on flat land you lose perception on how fast you're going.

It's boring as hell, especially when there aren't any trees or woods around. Hell, the desert looks better than flat farmland, at least there's some rocks or cactus or something around to break up the monotony.....

We have some flat areas around here, but they don't last long when you drive over them. I live only 10 miles from the second hilliest city in America.

Been through Southern VT and NH, and they were hilly, so I'm guessing you mean like that....

North central Mass. is very hilly. The city I was talking about is Fitchburg. There are so many hills in that city. Driving through there is similar to San Francisco. There are a few notorious hills like the one on South street and the one on Pearl street. They really give your brakes a workout.
It's a little less hilly near Boston, much of eastern Mass is more flat because its near the coast. The flattest area I know of is in the southeastern part of the state. If you know where Taunton and Attleboro are, that is almost as flat as driving through the great plains. The hilliest areas are in the areas on either side of I-91 (Pioneer Valley).

Um, I was very morbid in high school. I wanted to become a coroner or an undertaker. While researching this, I was reading about cremation. Supposedly, when people are being cremated, it smells like you're cooking pork. To further cement this belief of mine, there was a robot in Japan that if you stuck something in its 'mouth', it would tell you what it tasted like. A guy stuck his hand in its mouth, and it said he tasted like pork.

There's nothing there except a casino (the only really nice thing) and a little Indian cuisine restaurant (Punjabi Hut). Maybe a Mickey D's or two.
If you go to Canada, they have several casinos, and a lot of nice hotels, restaurants, souvenir shops, and pretty much everything else a built up area should have.

Yeah, but considering it's a big tourist attraction, there should be stuff to do when you get there. I'm all for preserving nature, but don't leave a bunch of abandoned buildings that are falling apart standing instead of actual attractions.

Its gonna take me some real time to do all of the data transfer from my current PC to the laptop. Organizing the files can take some time too. I never did a data transfer before so I don't know how this will go. I'm just gonna have to see.

All of my files on my computer are organized into three folders:
/ic/ for art
/y/ for teh yaoiz
/b/ for random stuff.
And then, since I'm really freaking paranoid of someone discovering my secret yaoi collection, I have folders inside of the /y/ folder from 0-9 and they form a 4 digit pass code. It's hard to explain. Like, if you got the first digit correct, then you'd see another set of folders labeled 0-9 and once you got all the digits correct, you'd find the real /y/ folder. Lols.

That's just security. I'm the same way. I try to make everything I have secure as possible. I also have so many files and programs its insane. I'm gonna take a LONG time in moving them. I might try to put everything into folders and send 'em over to the laptop. Sending these files individually is fuckin' nuts!

Its not problems with my family getting along, its just that my Grandfather has been in the hospital for a few weeks, and we were just told that he has terminal cancer. I want to spend as much time as I can with him, we are very close.

That's a good thing to have (a relationship I mean). I never met my grandfather. He died before I was born. The only person I have left in my family is my mother. I've lost contact with eveyone else. My mother is the only person who cared about me out of my entire family and I'm very close with her. I know what it is to be close with someone. Its not gonna kill you to leave here for a while if you need to.

Oh, my parental units don't believe that anything I own is my property, even if I payed for it with the money I earned from my job. They see no problem with going through all of my stuff and taking it without permission. Oh well. At least I still have internet access! :]

It's hard for me to make friends, but it's not that I'm anti-social, but because I'm shy. If somebody attempts to break that shell and succeeds they will see a vastly different side of me. If they gets on my bad side they'll stay there forever.
I have no friends at the moment not because I moved, but because they did. My best friend moved to Georgia to live with his dad and he's not coming back up until he's done with school. My sister just left for Arizona yesterday to live with her creepy internet boyfriend for another year. I have no clue where everybody else is (everybody being about two people).

Actually, NOT many games give you that freedom (of "decision" making, that is), they're linear. And even when they do, it's usually still scripted in a linear fashion.
As far as dialogue goes: In many games, dialogue is very straightforward. Now if maybe you were referring to Metal Gear strictly, you may have a point. But not all games are like Metal Gear now are they?
Maybe I'm being an elitist, but I haven't played many games that are truly thought provoking with their morals (and I've played many games).

Nah, pretty much for good. Might come by every now and again, but not regularly anymore. Nothing personal, just feel that my Bully experience has kinda run it's course. I will always enjoy playing the game, but there isn't much left for me around here. I've obtained 100%, so there isn't any advice you guys can give me, I don't own a PC and am not that big into modding, and the general discussion topics are something that can be done on pretty much any forum. You guys have a great community here, so don't think you did anything to offend me or put me off, it's just my own hang up at this point.

I'm going to a place called Job Corps, a free schooling program for hoodlum kids/young adults. They have many locations around the US and I'm going to the biggest center in the pacific northwest. Not quite a boarding school, you pick what kind of trade you want to specialize in and you take a course on it. Which trade you choose will dictate how long your gonna be there. I recently received an information packet in the mail giving me detailed descriptions of what you can and can't bring or be doing while on campus. They can be real nazis about certain things, but I have to look at the long term advantages. But growing up in the areas that I did, and with the parents I had, I learned a lot about keeping my nose clean. Or least least making it look like that's what I'm doing.
Street kids like me are who the program mainly takes in, kids who fucked around in high school or spent the better half of there teenage years living as criminals or otherwise being trouble makers. Both are things I excelled at, and this is really the only I chance I will have left to make a good career for myself. Without this, I'd probably have to go back to hanging out with my hoodlum friends, dealing drugs, or becoming a hired killer or some shit. During high school and even after I dropped out I was hanging with thugs, gang bangers, and other psychopaths getting involved in some bad shit. You name it and I've done it, they money was good too. Amazingly good to be exact, but at the cost of always having to look over my shoulder, wondering if some cop was gonna bust me or some cracked was gonna try and jack me. Once you've gone down a road like that it's very rare that you will ever get a chance at a better life, I just hope I can make it all work out in my benefit.

Some kid I knew in HS ended up dropping out because he hated doing work, as in, school work. Then he went to Job Corps shortly after. I was like, WTF? If you quit school to go to this program to get away from doing work, won't you be surprised!

I once stalked an ex girlfriend in Vancouver, I was straight up obsessed with this chick. Used to leave anonymous letters in her locker at school, call her house and leave messages of all sorts, and I also spent a lot of time around her neighborhood and near her windows. I actually contemplated killing myself on her doorstep. I even had a rather large scrapbook I made that was a collection of photo's of her, discarded writing's of her's, and writing's and drawings of mine. After she moved away I had to move on, so I burned it. However, I still have a few strands of hair and some toenail clippings of her's in a jar under my bed.

Sinc I have been to both private and public, I can tell you more about them. Those extra subject thing vary by school. If your school is bigger you get more subjects and activities, and vice versa.
I go to school in a castle, with close to 2k students. We have debating, and all those courses that you have in your private school. In fact, I'll go on to say that we have even more than you do in your private school.
Every year we also have tons of events to raise money (for charities and stuff) and in one event, we raised in excess of $20,000 , which was the most of any school in Canada. You name an event, we got it. Tennis baseball golf skiing snowboarding badminton ping pong canoeing mountain climbing. We also have a wide variety of courses, ranging from sciences to business, from fashion and food nutrition to automotive tech, where you get to work in one of the two fully Augustine that we have at school. Did I mention we have a swimming pool, 3 gyms and a full sized turf field? The latter is obviously my favorite.

But if you go back after awhile the bodies are gone. A possible explanation for this is that The Director has the bodies collected during the hunts and has parts of them sold on the black market. One of the things I love about that game, all the classic video game fuck ups have a possible explanation that's usually pretty fucked up.

I've only joined maybe five forums altogether in my life, and this one has been my best experience on one only second to ProjectManhunt. Sorry guys, but when it comes to the subject matter Manhunt takes the cake. I will say this however, the community around here went above and beyond my expectations. By that I mean your all easy to get along with and it doesn't take very long to get a response to your posts. Unlike ProjectManhunt that at times can be hindered by trolls and significantly less frequent posts.
I'd also like to say this, Alex, Dexter, whatever the fuck your name is, if at any point during our, sometimes heated, debates I ever stepped over the line or disrespected you in any way then I apologize. I have really strong opinions and at times find it difficult to be humble enough to back down or accept the fact that people think differently then me. :ohmy: I know what your thinking. Excuses are like assholes, everybody has them, however some are bigger then others. But it's the truth and I'm sticking to it.
As for all of you, thanks for providing a friendly and comfortable environment in which I always felt like I could be myself and not have people passing judgement on me. Non-judgmental or otherwise non-ignorant people are few and far between, especially on the internet. I'm gonna miss this place and talking to all of you a lot.

Well Okay all my good friends here on bully-board. I have some bad news life issues and all are in my life right now going to be taking a leave until the summer or when things get better. I will be back probably in July or August or even later probably in the winter. To make my Machinima's and fighting video's and all. I've been currently taking a kind of sudden and long break from everything online related...including being on xfire for those that have been wondering why I have not been on.
Lets just say that the stress of things in my personal life have gotten to the point where I have literally had a complete mental meltdown and had to just walk away from everything and be to myself so I can try to get things back in check again.
I realize I have several recent and past promises that are still being waited on and I will be fulfilling them soon as I can...but atm I have to look to myself and get my mental train back on its tracks or else I won't be of much use to anyone.
I know Red and Chrissy have likely been worried due to me being suddenly offline for a bit of a period there....but never fear....I will get back to my normal routine in a few days.
I am sure that some here can relate when it comes to some of the nasty roadblocks life can throw at a person....not exactly my idea of fun....lol

Things are better now though and I will be active again soon enough. I never put modding first in life...trust me on that....but I DO however take modding seriously since its something productive that I can focus on but even I have limits to what I can handle at one time....lol
ATM though I am concentrating on my 3d artwork since I am in the early stages of writing a novel which will have a lot of renders allowing the reader to visualize the story a bit better......and have gotten quite a bit done so far which I will be showing some of in my art topic in the next several days or so...takes about 24 hours atm to get a good quality render finished to the point that it looks good and crisp....
Also have been trying to finish some odd jobs I have been kinda been sitting on for a couple months which is unusual for me since I normally don't sit on any job.....but when you are as busy as I am.....it happens....lol. The main job tho that I am finishing is some complex data recovery for a client and good friend.....and will be doing more data recovery for another client in about a week or so...since it is one of the things (long ass list) that I specialize in and am very comfortable doing.
