Juggalo Skin for Jimmy

Hi i was looking a for a juggalo skin mod for Jimmy everywhere and i havent been able to find one anywhere and i left a request for one in the forum for them and i do not know how to make a skin for Jimmy or anybody all i can really do is switch files and things and thats pretty much all i can do so if you could make one that would be greatly apreciated from me thanks

Nah, you can. You can edit a ped, 4 example... Peanut, then you can change skins to him, and then you can play him with the edited skin.

Idk about Jimmy, though.

AI Characters are a hole entire mesh (Least for BULLY)
Sure we can import models(MADHATTRICK done it cept for Characters)
But its a entire mesh
I dont wanna see anyone saying
(Give Jimmy Russell Torn overshirt)
It isn't possible its a mesh and will need his own texture and remodeled shirts Jimmy wears.
Also WALTER is busy with other stuff thats why i said
wait for the modders to respond to it
