Title: Chrome Texture? Help? Please?

Ok so i finally got algernon as my red ninja costume but he has color (green tan) he is chrome and flashes red sometimes, his body shape is perfect, hes just...chrome!

If you don't have a backup file.
Then you're fucked.
Only change SP and not CS

i got a backup file, i learned my lesson earlier, dont delete NinjaR.nft, uninstalled everything BUT stil had my savegame ^_^

you need to use the nif also.
If you don't understand it find a video of it.

i did find a video and looked for algernon which the nif file, followed all instructions but the skin is a metal plate, ill restart and try again
