is there a character model creator? I mean creator to allow you to make a character model

u could usetextures to make ur chaeracter

You can create & rig your own model in 3DS max or Blender, then use nif tools to export it to a nif file. Then put it in Bully.

There isn't any simple way of doing it really... it's kind of hard to make your own character...
