I found this yesterday when I was bored. Sorry if this has already been done. Also I'm not sure if this works for PS2, but it definately works for Wii.

First go in the girls dorm. Find the old bat who always walks around the dorm (the one who grabs you by the ear when she busts you, whatever her name is). If you can't find her, just hit a girl or something.
Anyway once you found her knock her out. When you're fighting her the nurse and/or other female teacher will come (where from?!) and try to bust you. Knock all of them out.

Once they're all knocked out, Ms. Phillips will come (again, where the hell did she come from?!?!) and chase after you. She's slightly faster, so be quick with your shots.

Knocking out female teachers is mean and funny. I did the same thing you did but russell knock them out not me. Ms. phillps came and he knock her out too!

well you hire him and go into the girls dorm. get that woman to grab you like twice and russell will just start punching her till she knocked out.

Russell smash everything.....EVERYTHING! lol, isn't it already possible to see Ms. Phillips out of battle? I think I've seen her around the school's main building...

I saw her once after I did music 3. She was just walking around the school. I pinched her and she said "Jimmy!" and started chasing me. I hid in a locker and she came by it and said "I dont have the time." I open the locker and she was gone.

I haven't seen her outside of battle otherwise unless it's a cheat you can unlock.
