Hello. I successfully changed the red ninja outfit to gary skin but when i change to the red ninja suit in game. the game crashes. Any help? It says: "Bully.exe has stopped working" Please Help

Hello i want to change my skin to gary but i cant seem to delete those ninja nifs and nfts. And it says "dir file cant be deleted..in use..Exiting" something like that or some sh*t!
