Thanks for posting this, played with this mod for about 45mins and i'm getting a constant 60fps. :)

Does the game seem a bit too fast for anyone else at 60FPS? It just doesn't look right. The same goes for GTA SA when you change the FPS limit to 60, I've found that 45 seems to be a good middle-ground. Smooth, but doesn't look too fast for the game.

Is there any way to edit the FPS cap to 45?
