Another here. When they send that man/woman out of the rehab program and onto the street they usually come back in. The issue is that there's more going in than out and prisons are packed. We should start using the death penalty more often. Issue with that is people die in prison WHILE on death row.

I don't think it'll be released this year.  >:( apparently I heard R* has this contract thing with LA Noire and May Payne 3 where they NEED to get the games out by this year. I heard a rumor saying we'll hear about the game sometime tin October such as a trailer or somthing. I'm not sure it'll happen though. srry I don't think bully 2 will be released in 20011 maybe in 2012 idk
