its easy and yes i will be the first to say this

use the search button

But say hi to them by aiming and pressing :x:
Hold r1 so its full power and make sure they are facing you
They will shrugg there shoulders or do some sort of action and release then
They will catch it
When they hold back to throw, repeatedly press :tri:

and just do that all the time
