In short:
You can't download it. No one but Rockstar has access to it.
There are beta leftovers in the final version that you can find, but most of those don't work properly. Unused haircuts, clothings etc.

It was a harmless joke. All it is, is a gif thing of a cat playing a Piano, and weird techno music playing in the background. Also, with the Lenny faces everywhere, it's obvious it was a joke.

Guys i just call R* in couple hours ago i asked about Bully SE BETA then R* said somethings Bif is a leader of Preps instead Darby, in Beta Bully Bif don't wear Boxing Outfit but Darby does wear White Boxing Outfit but it's has Bif BETA soundfile Bif said after u beat Darby then Bif said : Hey Hopkins how dare u beat Darby i'll beat u for that (call the Preps) Preppies attack Hopkins but the soundlife has been removed in final version and then a secret mission i don't know the place were u start the mission but u will see Jimmy Mom and Jimmy StepFather's and u go to a bike go to Blue Skies and collect something(in that time R* don't say anything then i heard *beep beep*) New Files About Bully SE BETA and a Bully first name was Bully Student Edition :neen:

Damon was originally a prep and since there is a second in command big sized member in some factions (like damon and bif), I find it impossible that in the beta both Damon and Bif were preppies, 2 of the toughest students in the same faction would have made that faction overpowered. My best guess is that in the beta Damon was the second in command preppie and bif never existed, long before Bob was deleted and Damon turned into a jock, therefore stop sharing wrong info like ug1.
Btw if you read the bully wiki article about derby then you would realise that your statement about the leader roles makes 0% sense...
