erm bike helmet and jacket or jersey or something like that u cant buy it u have to win it its not hard just go to it wid ur moped and u get to use ur moped lol and u win all the time

ya get the moped for 75 tickets at the carnival and also you can get the helmets by doing the races at the go-kart place...i never wear them though
