I don't think that's possible, since there isn't any way to line up the parameters to make it so that it drives freely, unless you modded it with a GTA, but the cars in Bully can only drive on roads.

You're right, T-Bone, the car can only choose to turn left/right when it comes to an intersection, but that's all I think.
