Erm, I'm not sure.. I'm kinda stupid. Happened when I was in chapter 3 if that helps at all. I just remember it happening

Well, this lady came up to me and asked me to do an errand for her. I had to get her dog and bring it back to her. Just as I caught a glimpse of the dog, one of the bullies threw a firecracker at it. It was really random, because when I did the errand the next time there was no bully around to do that...

I'm not sure if anyone else has posted this glitch, or seen it.
I was riding my bike along the road and I was following a car. The car then turned left, but there was no road, driveway or anything, just a barrier type thing. The car just drove right through it. The car looked like it was a ghost and it was kinda hovering, it's wheels weren't touching the ground at all.
