Could someone guide me on how to do this? I already know how to get the model files. But I cannot open them in blender, and I have no idea where animations are stored.
-
You need blender 2.49a (https://download.blender.org/release/Blender2.49a/) for the import/export plugins to work. You can probably find that version by simply googling it...
Then, once you have that version just get the import/export plugins for nif files (http://sourceforge.net/projects/niftools/files/nifskope/1.1.3/) and you can import nif files into blender, and export them back into nif files with ease.
Check out this tutorial too, it should help: http://www.bully-board.com/index.php?topic=13766.0 (http://www.bully-board.com/index.php?topic=13766.0)

In Blender when I import any bully model, it dosnt have any animations on it. How can I get the bully animations? Such as, the fighting move animations and stuff?
Wait, would they be in act.img?
Also, I have had this avatar ever since I signed up. That was when you had a avatar of a dog. But thats off topic.

No one knows yet.

As SWEGTA said, the animations we don't know how to play yet. Only the models themselves. Animations are stored in AGR files though if you wanna try something.

There are a couple of videos on youtube showing off some of the beta fighting animations.

How did this guy manage to play them?

But yeah as SWEGTA said, the animations we don't know how to play yet. Only the models themselves. Animations are stored in AGR files though if you wanna try something.
I read somewhere, that animations are stored in ◦ipb and ◦lip files.

Where did you hear that?

Wait, Milkerbarba Did it a while back, What program did he use to get the Fighting Animations to work?
Blender is good for Model editing and stuff, but to make Animations work surely you'd use a program that emulates Bully and you'd extract the file of the animation and run it?
Either that or I'm overthinking it...
-
^He didn't. Those beta footages were taken from an animators website.

Really?!
Aw Shit, Nigga.
My Whole life's been a lie.

I thought he had done the same thing, until a little Google magic helped me out.
So no, there's probably not a way to import animations... YET.
We know where they are (the .cat-files). So opening them up is the only problem. Or extracting them.
