Nice looks like a bmx outfit for riding a bike and the other I have no clue  :confused:

First could be a go-kart racing outfit, maybe a reward for winning all of the races? And the other was probably an hat you could have bought at the carnival.

I'm almost certain I've seen that first outfit in the Xbox 360/Wii version, I think you get it by completing classes.
