I think the guy who says "Kick him in the muthafuckin' ass" is Lance, but I'm almost 100% certain the guys who says "Scratch his fuckin' hand (?)!" is Trent.

All of those quotes are called "TAUN" in the audio files.

Examples...
"You want a piece of Fatty?!"
"Wow, what happened to your face?" - Luis
"Hey, bite me!" - Vance
"Still mowing lawns for lunch money?" - Justin
"I'll give you a free shot if you wanna hit me!" - Omar

... ffffffff. I wanna start working on these now.
