NOTE:---my ideas are made of several post because of organisation and possible space usage
         ---I don't exactly know your policy and rules for multiposting,but I repeat,it's easier this way for me to organise my ideas
         ---please,If you don't like some of the ideas write the reason and possible solution
         ---I haven't come up with everything I want to create,so some sections may be empty

GAME MEHANICS:

---stamina---

Stamina is measured by purple bar around the clock.It is depleted slowly during the day.
The more stamina you have the harder kicks you will land and you will go faster.
Stamina can be refilled with sleeping,eating and drinking coffee or energy drinks.

---weapons and items---

Weapons and items are two different groups of objects.
You chose them from Weapon wheel and Item wheel.
You always carry all of your base items and you newer lose them.
You can only carry certain amount of weapons,but you can change them on special spots(chests,lockers or something like that).

---Buddy system---
You can recruit people to be your bodyguards so...
Each faction will add some bonuses:

--nerds:long distance support,hacking,smoke bombs
--jocks:brawling,busting blockades
--preps:item cost(?),long distance support
--bullies:brawling,slingshots
--greasers:bikes and motors
--skaters:brawling,fast attacks

---Hacking---
-While hacking,you must complete on of the mini games.It can open up new parts of the map,give you blueprints for upgrading,and a lot of other cool stuff.

--Mini-game 1
   Connect the wires to lead the current and open something
   -you turn wires and try to convect them
   -only one solution

--Mini-game 2
   node capture
   -similar to hacking in last Deus Ex
  -multiple solutions,extra data to collect

--Mini-game 3
   match the fuses

--Mini-game 4
   -connect pipes to lead fluid from one part to another
   -opens doors

--Mini-game 5
   -use pins and wires to hotwire security

---Blueprints---
-collect blueprint to upgrade items
-upgrade items on the workbench in your room

projectile weapons:BB guns,BB minigun,spud gun,electric shocker gun,bow and arrow(with flat top),slingshot,super slingshot,mounted spud gun(auto fire),mounted plate shooter,gas gun(trows stink gas),stink bomb,firecrackers(several types),bottle rockets,tennis ball launcher,mounted tennis Ball launcher,paper plane,kamikaze paper plane(paper plane with firecracker),football ball with firecracker,airsoft gun,rubber band minigun,goo gun(shots goo that glue everybody to the floor),egg shooter,sentry gun,plane,paintball bazooka and others

---Mini sentry:briefcase with paintball gun and sensors inside,placed down,will protect small radius

---firerocket 3000:Small tube with fireworks inside,mentioned to explode about 5m above ground,but because of failure it explodes after falling to about 1m height

                            + remark-they have spy points,usually tree houses or some hidden place,and in range of thees your trouble meter fills faster

                    + fighting stile-they prefere hand to hand combat,but in trouble they'll use   slingshots

I think Jimmy would be abit older(18?) and go to University at North Bullworth (Bullworthless...whatever) and the Old factions are Likly to be removed because Rockstar isnt a fan of repeating games...because they don't sell

I like a lot of the ideas you came up with. I dunno about the drama queens being just girls though. haha there were plenty of male drama queens in the first game XP. I think they could be of different cliques, it could be a sort of club or something.
I also don't think the girls' dorm has to be bigger. But the boys' dorm could use an enlargement.

That'd be cool, too, bytheway. Club activities. It could help build rapport with the different cliques. Like joining an astronomy club for the nerds or a skateboard club for the boarders.

Ultor: Jimmy's only 15 in the first bully. They could do a time gap, but the uniqueness of bully is that it's set in high school, no one dies, no one drives, and there isn't crazy language. It's also hilarious that it all happens from the perspective of a child. I think if there is a time gap, jimmy wouldn't be the lead character.
Also, I hope that's sarcasm. Rockstar's had GTA going for years. The stories are the only things changing in that game.
