Requests / Scholarship Edition achievements

Bully Scholarship Edition on pc doesn't have achievements, I still got no clue why Rockstar didn't bring them to the pc version they are in the Wii and Xbox consoles, there are achievement mods for Gta 3 and Vice City I wish someone made a achievement mod for bully too, at the moment I am not even sure if a achievement mod for bully can even be made cause bully modding is very limited, and I know that achievements aren't that important but it makes what we are doing in the game feel a bit rewarding, if someone knows and can make a mod like that then please do
