This is a timed mission. If you don't snap all three pics in a certain amount of time, you will fail.
While tailing them, you can't be in close proximity to the couple, but you can take pictures out of the open, out of their vision cone. Use this to your advantage, as you can focus your camera's lens on the couple, zooming in to capture all the juicy action.
