the english teacher is a drunk right so then the police come to the school. and they arrest him for drinking in school and its up to you (a.k.a jimmy hopkins) to save him. the town hall is the court so you have to go in there sneakey and turn on the fire alerm.

that would be good, but there was already a mission where you had to bust him out of the mental hospital. to much of those rescue missions would make the game old.
