I found that song like 2 years ago when I decompiled the soundtrack and there was a lot of people who found it before faze and me, the difference is that we used it in an actual video.Kebab is right, this is indeed a modificated version of the romance theme (MS_RomanceHigh) with the exception that the romance version has drums and also a flute at the beginning. There is also MS_RomanceMid and MS_RomanceLow which are unused since only the high version was used in the carnival date mission.
