How can I apply a mod to Bully?

I downloaded 2 or 3 mods, and do not know how to add them into Bully. Help?

What kinda mod are you trying to install?
If it's a Scripts folder or a .lur file, its in your scripts.

Most of the mods has a read me that shows install instructions..
