Title: Bully Scholarship edition stuck at "loading screen" forever !?!

Hey guys yesterday I downloaded Bully scholarship edition for PC but I have a problem after the 1st starting movie the game is stuck at the loading screen forever !!! why !!! I googled it but I can't find a solution:( !

R* SHOULD do something about it !!

there has been lots of problems with this but i never got it on PC so i don't know if there is a solution. I think there is a patch for it on R*'s website though take a look
